Innovation procurement case in Greece
In March, CERTH met with several contracting authorities within the P5 Innobroker Project to identify their innovation needs.
Aim of the discussions was to support public buyers on how to use innovation public procurement procedures and to start a preliminary consultation with solution providers.
In this context, public procurer DIADYMA SA, the regional waste management company in Western Macedonia, Greece, has expressed the need to create bioproducts from the utilization of Spent Coffee Grounds (SCGs).
The P5 Innobroker project aims at bringing together public purchasers and innovative companies in order to stimulate innovative public purchasing.
